Monitoring | Farmguardians | Create

Farmguardian allows users to create custom checks or copy existing checks and modify their parameters. This can be done in the following steps:

1. Go to the Monitoring > Farmguardian page
2. Click the Create farmguardian button.
3. Set a Name to easily identify this health check.
4. (Optionally) Select an existing health check from the Copy farmguardian section.
5. Click the Apply button.

After creating the rule, we will customize it in the next section.

All the checks created by farmguardian are saved in /usr/local/skudonet/app/libexec/, new scripts or binaries can be introduced in this directory and be used automatically by farmguardian for backend monitoring.
